By accessing or using KindHubby ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

KindHubby is an AI-powered companion service that provides virtual romantic interactions through customizable AI personalities. The Service is for entertainment and emotional wellness purposes. KindHubby is not a substitute for professional therapy, counseling, or real human relationships.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use KindHubby. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • You may not share your account with others

5. Subscriptions and Payments

KindHubby offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

  • Free: Basic chat with limited personalities
  • Premium ($4/mo): All 10 personalities and trait customization
  • VIP ($19/mo): Full media, visual customization, and priority support

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer the AI system
  • Share content generated by the Service in ways that could be harmful
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
  • Use the Service to generate content involving minors
  • Use automated tools to access the Service

7. Content and Interactions

All interactions with AI companions are generated by artificial intelligence. The AI does not have real feelings, consciousness, or personal experiences. Content generated should be understood as fictional and for entertainment purposes.

You retain ownership of the messages you send. We retain ownership of AI-generated responses. You grant us a license to process your messages for the purpose of providing the Service.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your expectations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KindHubby shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
