User conduct

• No harassment, exploitation, or attempts to harm yourself or others.
• No misuse of media features (VIP) for unlawful or non-consensual sharing.
• Do not reverse engineer, spam, or overload the service.

Subscriptions and billing

• Free tier includes basic chat and limited customization.
• Premium and VIP are billed as described in-app; amounts are non-refundable unless required by law.
• You may cancel via your account or platform store; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Content and media

You may upload photos, audio, or video in VIP. You represent you have rights to share them and will not upload illegal, harmful, or non-consensual content. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

AI limitations

Responses are generated by AI and may be imperfect. Do not rely on KindHubby for medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice.

Intellectual property

KindHubby, its brand, code, and content are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the service.

Termination

We may suspend or end access for policy violations, fraud, or security reasons. You may stop using the service at any time.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the last 6 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
